Product Application

Instruction of using Beizhu plastic formwork and H20 beam:

1. Use method is the same as wooden formwork, hollow plastic formwork and batten should be in cross shaped;

2. No need to brush the mold release agent before using formwork;

3. The distance between timbers for 18mm thickness: (A) According to the thickness of the slab concrete, if the
thickness of slab concrete is less than 15cm, the timbers distance should be 350-400mm. If the thickness of slab

concrete is more than 15cm, the distance should be 300-350mm. (B) The distance between timbers of the shear
wall is adjusted by the height and thickness of the wall. For example, the wall is 2800 mm high and 300 mm thick,
timbers distance should be 200-250 mm with 18mm thick plastic formwork. If the shear wall width or the pillar is
thick more than 1m, must add the fixed frame.

4. There shouldn't be gaps between the die shear wall and column combining, there must be timbers in internal
angle (the bottom of the wall) beam to insure the beam frame, wall and formwork connect well. For shear wall,

formwork must be assembled into the whole piece, then hoisting, adjust to be straight. This way can reduce
labor intensity, as well as improve the forming effect.

5. When nailing the formwork and H20 beam, the distance away from formwork edge should be 15-30 mm, the
strength of driving in nail should be moderate; length of nails should be 40-50 mm, not too long or too short.

6. There must be a 15mm seam alowance for the wood in the beam bottom, make the wallboard stand on seam
allowance of wood square, thus can ensure no leakage of slurry and save wallboard material efficiently.

7. Please avoid the peak temperature in one day when matching the mold. Then the effect after releasing mould
is better. Normally, there is no space between formworks, but if the temperature difference is 5-10ºC, then should
reserve 1-2mm gap.

8. Please place the PP formwork as flat as plywood formwork after releasing the mould.
